T-Rex has an immediate opening for a skilled Application Tester to assist in the development, test and operation of a large secure web portal for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) program. ACE is the commercial trade processing system being developed by CBP to facilitate legitimate trade and strengthen border security. This system will assist CBP to effectively manage and process over 25 million cargo containers that cross US borders each year. As a member of the ACE team, you will play a critical role in the success of the ACE modernization effort and have the opportunity to participate in a collaborative large-project environment. |
| Skills Required |

- WAMP experience (Perl and PHP scripting skills and MySQL experience
- Must be familiar with LAMP
- Prior experience with Apache setup
- Ability to compare and execute test scripts
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills
- Prior experience with Linux (1-3 years)

| |
- Experience working with Customs and Border Protection, and holding a current CBP clearance (significant plus)
- Prior experience working on large government projects
- Prior experience in CMM Level 2/3 environment

As an Application Tester on the ACE program, you will be responsible for test planning and test execution. You will also be responsible for the identification and execution of application testing tasks in a team setting.
