T-Rex is currently seeking an Incident Response Manager to support an IT Infrastructure for a government agency. The program will provide a vast majority of IT services for the agency, including desktop and laptop computers, servers, office productivity software, email, help desk, BlackBerry devices, network file storage, network printers, network management, IT operational security, data back-up and recovery, and new technology integration. |
| Skills Required |

- Experience leading and managing DOD or federal agency network management teams
- Strong documentation, technical writing, reviewing and deliverable submission experience
- Prior experience with MS Active Directory
- Ability to present detailed, technical status briefings to senior management
- High level certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA or CCNP
- Prior experience with LAN administration
- Experience with hardware and software maintenance

| Duties & Responsibilities |
| |
As an Incident Response Manager, you will you will lead a Network Operations Center team and provide hands-on support for large LAN/WAN administration, engineering, configuration, upgrades, patching and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for responding to any and all incidents reported while keeping systems operating sufficiently. You will administer the LAN, including network switches, server connectivity, user administration, and network security. In addition, you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets as well as manage schedules and prepare status reports. You will also assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals and objectives. This position will be responsible for coordinating on-call support for operations center for 24/7 support.
