T-Rex to Work on Largest Document Imaging
System Ever
Arlington, VA (February 2004) - T-Rex
Corporation has accepted a contract to provide multiple areas of technical and
business support for the Lockheed Martin-Mission Systems Data Capture System
2000 (DCS 2000) Program. A contract for the U.S. Census Bureau, DCS 2000 will
automatically process 150 million multi-page census forms in approximately 170
days, making it the largest and most accurate imaging and recognition program in
history. It will also be the first census using digital imaging and the first
handled by contractors. T-Rex will be providing resources in the
following critical areas of the system development lifecycle: software
engineering, system integration and test, load and performance test and field
and headquarters support during production.
