T-Rex Spends Summer Organizing Key Business Initiatives

Reston, VA (July 2004) - T-Rex has used the summer organizing several key business initiatives focused on facilitating company growth and stability. The new initiatives include:

Strategic Marketing Campaign
T-Rex is developing a strategic marketing campaign of which Phase One will focus on retooling T-Rex's image. The T-Rex logo, website and sales collateral are among the items that will be evaluated and updated to boost brand awareness.

An outside firm, The Borenstein Group, located in Fairfax, VA, will lead the effort. They were chosen after a vigorous evaluation process because of their expertise in the IT industry and business-to-business marketing. In February 2004, they were named to the Washington Business Journal's list of Top 25 Advertising Agencies in the Washington DC area. Borenstein's marketing process has already proven successful for several notable clients including Nextel, Northrop Grumman Information Technology, George Washington University, Census Bureau, Department of Commerce, and Department of Defense.

T-Rex and Borenstein held a kick-off meeting on August 20, 2004 and is expected to complete Phase One in late October.

ISO Registration
T-Rex also initiated the process of becoming ISO registered, specifically ISO 9001 standard for quality management. The International Organization for Standardization, which articulates the criteria for the ISO standard, was founded in 1947 and is the world's largest developer of standards. ISO 9001 has earned a worldwide reputation as being the gold standard of management system standards because of its application across industries and products.

By being registered to the ISO 9001 Standard, T-Rex's clients can be assured of the highest performance level possible. T-Rex has selected BSI Management Systems to help with the ISO 9001 registration process. Founded in Reston, VA in 1901, BSI has issued more than 35,500 ISO registrations in over 90 countries. The project begins in early September 2004 and will take approximately twelve months to complete.
